We offer free standard shipping and returns on select orders over 125 GBP, EUR, CHF within the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland.

All delivery times and tracking are subject to carrier performance and may take up to 2 additional business days to receive tracking confirmation. We are actively working with our carriers to decrease this timeline.

Please note: We cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses due to weight and dimension restrictions.
Please Note: Any order with a Yukon or Yukon bundle will have a shipping surcharge when shipping to Switzerland, Finland, Norway, and Sweden.
Solo Stove is not responsible for failures or delays due to circumstances outside our control. Note, backordered products are not included in the guaranteed delivery window.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland. Return your order to us within 30 days of when the order was shipped, and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method.
Please Note: You will need to print your FREE return label and bring your return to your nearest service point in order to process a refund.
After 30 days, if the product has not been burned or used, we will be able to offer store credit only. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns made past 30 days.

Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
Duties and taxes are included in all orders to countries in the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland.
Please note at this time we are unable to waive VAT for non-vat regime territories.
How do I find VAT documentation for my business?
If you need specific VAT documentation just contact us here, and our friendly customer service will help you with any required documentation.
We warranty each and every Solo Stove product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine Solo Stove product sold by an authorized retailer that is deemed defective. Solo Stove does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Solo Stove product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy. If your Solo Stove product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Solo Stove product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials. Warranty claims are not applicable for countries outside of Europe, United Kingdom, U.S. and Canada. All international orders are final.
